Data is used for account administration, rental operations, billing, support, security, audit records, legal compliance, and service improvement. It is retained only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations.
Landlords are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and manage tenant information. Account holders may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
