UPALINK provides access to its rental management platform during the trial and active annual subscription term. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security updates, infrastructure incidents, or events outside reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for accurate account information, authorized platform use, secure credentials, lawful tenant data processing, and maintaining their own operational records. Support requests are handled according to urgency and available support channels.

The free trial lasts two calendar months. Continued access requires annual subscription activation. Expired or cancelled subscriptions may be restricted until renewed.

UPALINK collects account, contact, property, tenant, billing, payment, utility, notice, and service-request data needed to provide and secure the platform.

Data is used for account administration, rental operations, billing, support, security, audit records, legal compliance, and service improvement. It is retained only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Landlords are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and manage tenant information. Account holders may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
